Hi! I’m Emma, a Kinesiologist and Pre/Post-Natal Exercise Specialist passionate about helping people move with confidence, strength, and purpose.
I graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science.
My journey into kinesiology began through my own experience as a competitive dancer. After sustaining multiple injuries and working through rehabilitation to return to dance, I discovered my passion for exercise rehabilitation and the power of movement.
Over the past 6 years, I’ve worked in a variety of rehabilitation and fitness settings, supporting clients ranging from individuals with Parkinson’s disease to athletes and the general population. These experiences shaped my passion for movement, injury recovery, and functional fitness, ultimately leading me to pursue my BCAK certification.
Today, I help clients achieve their goals by building sustainable, healthy exercise habits and developing self-efficacy. I work extensively with ICBC clients, supporting their return to work, school, and daily activities. In 2025, I also became a certified Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise Specialist, inspired by my growing passion for helping expecting and new mothers feel strong, confident, and supported.
I believe that movement is medicine! Movement should empower you, not overwhelm you, so my approach emphasizes taking things one step at a time and cultivating lasting habits to enhance health, recovery, and overall well-being.
My mission is to create a space where every level and every body is supported – from injury recovery to building strength through all stages of life. Every body deserves to feel strong, capable and supported!
