ICBC Active Rehabilitation
If you’ve been in a motor vehicle accident, you’re eligible for ICBC-covered Active Rehab – with 12 approved sessions available within the first 12 weeks after your accident.
These 1-on-1 sessions are tailored to your specific recovery needs and goals. Through targeted, progressive exercises, we’ll focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, and rebuilding strength so you can return to your daily activities safely and confidently.
Private Active Rehabilitation
Active rehabilitation sessions designed to help you recover from injury, restore movement, and rebuild strength safely. Each session focuses on improving mobility, stability, and function through guided exercise tailored to your unique needs and goals. You’ll work 1-on-1 to regain confidence in your movement and return to the activities you love – one step at a time.
Strength & Movement

1-on-1
These personalized sessions are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in your body.
Each workout is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle – whether that’s improving strength, mobility, posture, or overall wellness. You’ll learn proper movement patterns, develop functional strength, and build the foundation for long-term progress – one step at a time.
2-on-1 & 3-on-1
Train alongside a friend or small group in a supportive, motivating environment! These semi-private sessions offer the perfect balance of personalized coaching and shared energy so everyone gets individual attention while working toward their own goals. Each workout focuses on functional movement, strength, and mobility to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent with the added fun and accountability of training together.
Pre/Post Natal

Whether you’re preparing for birth, newly postpartum, or further along in your motherhood journey, these individualized sessions are designed to help you move safely and confidently through every stage.
Each workout focuses on functional, safe movements to build strength, improve mobility, and support your overall well-being. You’ll learn how to reconnect with your body, feel empowered in your movement, and gain the confidence to keep moving in motherhood.
Group Classes
Strength & Movement Group Classes

Strength & Movement group classes are fun, full-body workouts that are designed for anyone and everyone – no matter your experience or ability! Exercises can be modified to accommodate any injuries or limitations, so you can move with confidence!
The workouts combine weights and cardio to help you build strength, improve endurance and feel amazing!
Most importantly, we have an amazing and welcoming community that’s here to support and motivate you! Come sweat, laugh and crush your goals with us!

Mama & Mini Movement

Mama & Mini Movement is a full-body, strength-focused workout for mamas and their littles!
This baby-friendly class helps you move with confidence, feel strong, and connect with your little one in a supportive, zero-pressure environment.
Whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your journey, you’ll enjoy functional, safe movement and plenty of feel-good energy, all while your baby stays close (in a carrier).
Come for the movement, stay for the community. All fitness levels are welcome!
